Has anyone found a way to have any non-qwerty layout (including azerty or dvorak) and simultaneously get proper ctrl keys (like ctrl c for copy and ctrl v for paste in android text areas) and also proper fn keys (e.g. media play/back/forwards, volume/brightness up/down matching the printed keycaps)?

If so, could you explain how?
